The FLOOD

• We need to coordinate what we’re going to do once it recedes enough to start fixing up the shed again. Mainly just getting it dried and cleaned, other things can be taken care of at a maintenance day (#3).

Parent’s Day

• How do we want to set this up
• Who will be running what parts
• How are w going to turn a profit from it (letter after, donation jar, etc.)

Another maintenance day

• This is Nick’s area, but I thought I’d bring t up because if we plan on doing a coast trip/camp out we’re going to need many of those things fixed
• Also, it’d be good to have one after the flood so we can get the shed cleaned out and such

Campout

• This is Daniel’s thing, but I thought I’d bring it up so we can start planning it and setting it up.

Admitting Russell as windsurfing officer

• I’ve heard great things about this guy and I think it would be a good idea to let him do it. I’ve already received a few questions about windsurfing from some people, and while I know a little bit about it, I think having Russell take care of it would be better. I mean he offered on his own to do it and has his own sailboat so he’s not trying to get in just to use the boats again.

  • Old officers will have posting rights on the officer mailing list will have posting privileges removed but will still be able to receive e-mails.
• officer requirements
  • From now on any officer not able to make it to a meeting must call the commodore or e-mail the list and/or commodore with a valid and reasonable excuse.
  • Officers who miss 50% of meetings without prior excuses will be replaced and will be required to pay dues for the semester.
